When it comes to transportation from Calgary to Banff National Park, we often start with pick up at the Airport. The driver will meet you at the Calgary International Airport (YYC) with a sign bearing your name and will take you to the door of your destination in Banff. The drive is approximately 90 minutes. We have a large fleet of vehicles that can accommodate anywhere from two to 30 passengers.
We also have many larger vehicles to accommodate skis, golf clubs and larger amounts of luggage as well.

What Does it Cost for Sedans and SUVs
Our most popular vehicle going to Banff is the 2-4 passenger Cadillac sedan. It can seat up to three passengers comfortably, with a maximum of 4. We also have Cadillac Escalade SUVs as well that can accommodate up to 6 passengers with luggage.
2-4 passenger Cadillac sedan from Calgary Airport is $280 Canadian.
The best gauge for luggage room is to check your own car – if it will fit in your car, it will fit in the luxury sedan.
We also have the Cadillac Escalade ESV vehicle available and cost for that is $400 from Calgary Airport to Banff.
Escalade can hold 4 large suitcases as well as some carry on bags.
Transportation Options for Large Groups and/or Travellers with Ski/Snowboard Equipment
If you are travelling with a larger group, have many pieces of luggage or ski/snowboard equipment, we have vehicles to meet your needs.
Our most flexible option is the Chevy van as it has removable seats in the back. This can take up to eight or nine passengers with luggage or ski equipment.
Chevy van is $500 from Calgary Airport to Banff.
We also have a 24 passenger shuttle bus which can accommodate up to 24 passengers with luggage.
This shuttle bus is $600 from Calgary Airport to Banff.
Limousine Transportation to Banff
If you are interested in luxury transportation and are travelling with friends and/or family from Calgary to Banff, a limousine rental is an affordable option. We have limousines that can seat between six and 20 passengers. For stretch limousines, the passenger capacity is always counted as hip to hip ratio. For longer rides, it is best to book something a little bigger for a more comfortable experience.
A standard limousine is the Lincoln Stretch Limo that can seat six to eight passengers comfortably. If you are a visitor to Alberta, you definitely need to try out the stretch truck limousines! The 10 – 14 passenger Dodge Ram limousines are unique to us here at AM PM Limo. We also have Hummer Limousines available that can seat up to 20 passengers.
Standard Lincoln Stretch Limousines are $375 from Calgary to Banff. 
Please keep in mind, this limo can hold the same amount of luggage as a regular sedan.
Dodge Ram Limousines are $525 from Calgary to Banff.
This is a great vehicle for luggage as the truck bed can hold your suitcases and bags and/or ski equipment.
Hummer Limousines are $585 from Calgary to Banff.
This is great for large groups of people, however, this limo can not take luggage.
Party Bus Transportation to Banff
We have luxury party buses available for groups of 10 to 30 passengers. Group transportation to the Canadian Rockies is an excellent way to keep your group together and arrive safely.
We have the Mercedes Sprinter Party Bus which can seat 10 – 14 passengers comfortably, 16 maximum. There are also 24 passenger party buses as well as 30 passenger party buses. Party Buses can not hold a lot of luggage, however, we do have a trailer that can be hitched to the back of the buses to transport your luggage or equipment while you ride in style.
16 passenger Mini Party Buses are $599 from Calgary to Banff.
24 passenger Party Buses are $749 from Calgary to Banff.
30 passenger Party Buses are $849 from Calgary to Banff.
Important Things to Consider
Avoid waiting for a public shuttle service and book private, luxury transportation. If you are travelling in a group of at least two people, the cost of private transportation is not much different than two or three passengers on the public shuttle. Private transport will get you to your destination quickly and in style.
As we operate 24/7, no matter what time your flight lands, we will be there. As the most popular way of getting to Banff is renting a car, please note that not only do the rental agencies close at midnight, winter driving conditions can make an unfamiliar trip more difficult.
