What is Required to Book the Service?

To confirm any reservation with AM PM Limo, a credit card is required at the time of booking. If a credit card is not available, full payment must be sent via e-transfer to info@ampmlimo.ca before the reservation is confirmed. E-transfers must include a payment note specifying the reservation details to ensure it is correctly applied.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express. Debit Visa is accepted, but Debit Mastercard is not accepted.

What is the Deposit Policy?

  • A deposit is only required for Weddings and Graduations due to high demand.
  • For all other bookings, no deposit is required.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of when the reservation was created, not the service date, to avoid charges. For example, if you book a ride on September 1st for November 14th, you have until September 2nd at the same time to cancel without charges.
  • Cancellations made after the 24-hour period will result in a 50% charge of the reservation total, which can be applied as future credit.
  • Cancellations or new reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.

Additional Updates

  • Time Overages: Overtime charges will be applied immediately after the contracted time ends and are billed in one-hour increments.
  • Airport Arrivals: Drivers will wait 30 minutes for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. Overtime charges apply beyond these wait times.
  • Damages Policy: Clients are fully responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a minimum charge of $500. If damages exceed this amount, the full cost of repairs will be charged. AM PM Limo also reserves the right to charge for downtime if the vehicle is out of service due to necessary repairs.

Once a reservation is made, a confirmation email will be sent, serving as the contract for the trip. By proceeding with the booking, the client agrees to the terms and conditions.
