Policies of Limousine Companies in Calgary

Policies of Limousine Companies in Calgary

If you are searching for limo service in Calgary, you might have noticed that most limousine companies have their own terms and conditions in order for you to use the service. Two major things you will need to take not of are the Booking and Cancellation Policies.

Reservation Policy

All limousine companies requires a credit card information for reservations even if you are paying in full cash. This is for security purposes especially when a limo has been paid in full amount beforehand yet was used longer than the actual booking time. This is also the reason why debit cards are discouraged. If you really don’t have a credit card, AM/PM provides alternative mode of payment should you wish to settle your reservation for the full amount of service. We accept an email money transfer or you can visit our office located at 2359 78th Avenue North East Calgary Alberta just beside the WestJet hangar.

Most of the limo providers require a 50% down payment if your booking falls on their Peak Season such as Weddings, Local Festivities like the Calgary Stampede and Proms. Some have this as a compulsory fee regardless of what type of event you’ll be having. Upon placing your deposit, companies will oblige you to pay the balance between 30 days to 3 months prior to booking date.

With AM/PM Limo, the only time we require a deposit is when the booking is for Weddings and Graduations. This is simply because those are the busiest times of the year. Other than that, you won’t have to pay for any deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Plans can change and so Limo companies strive to provide a better and a reasonable cancellation policy. In AM/PM Limo, cancellations must be done within 24 hours of the day the reservation has been made. You will have to cancel within the grace period to prevent applicable charges. If the notice will be given 24 hours or shortly before the scheduled pick-up time, the reservation will be non refundable. However, lost deposits can be rescheduled in our company.

We all tend to forget to read the terms and conditions of the services or products that we are paying for. It is better to learn more about the policies to prevent any unwanted additional charges.
