A. With the exception of weddings and graduations, it is just a one-hour segment that is required. Unlike our counterparts in Calgary, we don’t require 4, 5, or 6 hours for a rental.
We understand not everyone needs extra-long booking times for their event. We welcome your one-hour bookings because we know you’ll be back for more!
The best way is always to book as far in advance as you can! Things like weddings and Graduations are often booked a year in advance, filling up our timetables. And Saturdays are always the busiest day of the week. Book as early as possible to get the perfect limousine for your event at the very time you want!
Yes, all our wedding and graduation packages require a 50% deposit upon making the reservation. If you need to cancel, the deposit goes into a future use credit for you.

Each trip has its own confirmation. There is a good chance you received a second email following the one you’re looking at. If you still don’t see it, let us know and we can resend it.
While we try to ensure you get the same driver for the sake of familiarity, this is not a guarantee. They may have other trips to attend to or may be done their shift. This does not mean we will not pick you up for your pre-booked return trip, it just means don’t leave your things behind in the limousine as they may drive away with the next group who uses it!
At AM PM Limo, we can do split service. Each segment would be up to one hour. If you wished to keep the vehicle for the entire time, we can do that as well which would allow you to keep your belongings in the limousine or party bus as well as be able to come and go as you wish.
When you book packages of 5 hours or more, you can “split” your time. This allows you to use the first 4 hours for transportation and photos earlier in the day, and save your last hour for a safe ride home/after-party after the banquet.
We are required by the Livery and Taxi Commission to have your ride pre-booked. We would need to set a time, however, we do our best to be flexible with that and if you need to change the time, please call our office and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
Within the City of Calgary, all taxi and limousine companies are to comply with the bylaws set out by the Commission. It requires frequent inspections of all limousines, licensing of the drivers & cars as well as acts as a liaison between the public and the transportation companies.
Yes! If everyone inside the party bus is of legal age with a government-issued photo ID, then feel free to add a little flavour to your adventure.
You can book the service without pick-up and drop-off locations, but please let us know the details as soon as you have them available.

Some of our limousines have Bluetooth capabilities, but they all have an aux cable connection port. Make sure you bring your own cable.
To connect to Bluetooth, just open the Bluetooth settings in your device, ensure it is on, then turn on the sound system in the limousine, and connect the device when it pops up on your device!
Tip: leaving the volume lower on your device and then turning it up on the entertainment system will prevent distortion.

We do not charge per stop or per kilometer. The best way to make sure you can hit all your favourite spots in the time you’ve booked, and it will be a smooth experience for all!
All bookings come with a base gratuity. However, this is shared among staff as every position plays a part in getting your limo service booked. If you have received great service, feel free to tip your driver in cash.
Yes, you certainly can! Bring along light, no-mess snacks for the best experience. Please remember, there is a cleaning fee for any mess left behind.

This is not always possible. If a driver has another trip they are committed to, then they will have to end your trip at the scheduled time. If the driver is not needing to leave right away and you stay longer than your scheduled time, we hope you have fun! We also hope you remember the overtime use when you see the overtime charge on your invoice.
For any reservation under $500, we require just a credit card that is pre-authorized the day before service and then charged after service is provided. For any reservation over $500, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance is pre-authorized the day before and then charged after service is provided. We will always provide you with receipts and confirmation emails before and after service.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking the ride to avoid charges. Any cancellation after this grace period will be charged 50% of the reservation total. Lost deposits can be used for a future booking. Cancellations or new reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.

We will always preauthorize the credit card on file for the remaining balance one day before your service. The actual billing will go through after the service is completed and we will email you the invoice.

We never close! There are cots in the back of the office for staff to take quick cat naps between phone calls! Just kidding! While our main office does close at 10 pm, if you have scheduled a trip for any time, whether it be 2 pm or 2 am, we will be there for you! You will be provided with your driver’s cell phone number 24 hours before your trip so that even if the office is closed, you can contact them. They will also have all your details to contact you too!
Yes! All our limousines come complete with a professional chauffeur.
We can certainly create a quotation for you so that your information is in our system. However, we cannot reserve a vehicle for you without officially making the booking with a credit card.

Your deposit is never lost! When you cancel a wedding package, your 50% deposit will be put on file as a future credit use. The exact dollar value will remain in the cloud until you choose to use it or pass it on to a friend or family member.
All eyes will be on you when you book your wedding package with us. Inside the limousine, you will find ice buckets in the wet bar, clean glassware, napkins, and a complimentary bottle of champagne.
After the ceremony, when you return to your limousine, it will be decorated with flowers as well as a “Just Married” sign on the back.
As we've said before, we have the largest fleet of limousines and party buses in Calgary, we are licensed with the City of Calgary and we have the lowest prices in the city – guaranteed! If you receive a lower-priced quote, forward a written copy of the quote to us (provided it is the same vehicle) and the same itinerary, and we will beat it by 10%.
