Takes children in the classic ballet “The Nutcracker” with an interactive show! Choreograph performances specifically for children 6 years old and below.

3. Enjoy the Festival of Lights

The Lion’s Festival of Lights is the largest FREE drive-by Christmas Light showcases in Calgary. Created with over 115,000 LED light bulbs and draws over 55,000 visitors yearly, mark your calendars as they will be opening nightly from November 28, 2015 til January 8, 2016 from 5:00PM onwards.

4. Once upon a Christmas

Nothing feels more traditional than a day at Heritage Park. Hands-on activities and entertainment are sure to delight guests in all ages.

Spruce Meadows’ International Christmas Market offers a stress-free shopping in festive environment featuring unique Christmas gift ideas.

From November 13 – 29 from 10:00AM to 7:00PM. Online Admission Fee $10, $12 walk-in charge.

6. Fun stops with the Canadian Holiday Train

It is a season for giving and this year, the Holiday Train is celebrating its 17th year program by kicking off with Kelly Prescott, Devin Cuddy, Chic Gamine, and Jim Cuddy in a remarkable concerts free of charge. Food and cash donations highly recommended. Train Schedule would start on November 27, 2015.
